The Boulevard Manor Civic Association will hold a special meeting at the Church of the Brethren, 300 N Montague Street, on Monday, March 13, beginning promptly at 7:00 pm. This will be an informational meeting on County plans for the Reeves farmhouse and a progress report on the BMCA Neighborhood Conservation project in Bluemont Park to restore the natural woodland habitat and add a pedestrian walkway connector between the park trail and Manchester Street. I look forward to seeing you on Monday evening!
