The 5th Annual Boulevard Manor Yard Sale is happening on Saturday, October 4, from 9 AM to 1 PM, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Whether you’re ready to sell a few things or just want to stroll the neighborhood and shop, this is a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and enjoy a fun fall tradition.

Want to host? It’s easy! Just set up in your driveway or yard and the Magnificent Manors team will handle the advertising, signage, maps, and helpful tips. Register your home by October 1 to be included on the map and receive yard signs. To sign up, scan the QR code below or go to this link.

Then, save the date for our Neighborhood Happy Hour on Friday, October 17 at 6 PM. All neighbors are welcome whether you participated in the yard sale or not! It’s a laid-back, casual evening to relax, connect, and get to know more of the great people who call Boulevard Manor home. RSVP for the Happy Hour here.
