Officers of the Boulevard Manor Civic Association are elected to one-year terms at the BMCA spring general meeting. The president and vice president are each limited to two consecutive terms. The officers listed below are serving 2009-2010 terms. The president and vice president are each eligible for re-election in spring 2010 to an additional term.
